Thomas Ormsby is a writer, editor, journalist, movie critic, photographer, print and web designer and digital painter. He also works as an executive secretary, office manager, and math and algebra tutor.

He works mainly in Adobe Creative Cloud, specializing in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Edge Animate. He produces art from his original photographs, employing software such as Painter, resulting in original digital paintings, which are custom-printed on large format gallery quality canvas with non-fade aqueous ink.

Additional skills include website design, office form design, Power Point presentations, manuscript editing, book jacket design. promotional and media packets, annual reports, brochures, booklets, magazines, trade show banners, photo retouching and restoration.

He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Service and attended the University of New Mexico for two and a half years, and ultimately received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Southern Oregon University. He has lived and worked in Washington, Oregon, California, Virginia, Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey, British Columbia, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Iceland.
